4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return request.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Certain items, such as personalized gifts, cannot be returned unless defective.
